Patient #1

This patient was missing several lower teeth, including both molars (#19 and #30) and multiple front teeth (#22-#25).
Because the patient had significant bone loss, bone grafting was performed to rebuild the supporting bone before implant placement. Tooth #26 was also extracted due to severe gum recession and a poor prognosis.
Two individual implants were placed to replace the missing molars at #19 and #30. In the front, three implants were placed at #22, #24, and #26 to support a five-tooth implant bridge replacing the missing lower anterior teeth.
The completed treatment restored the patient’s smile and chewing ability. She was very pleased with the final result.
Patient #2

This patient had several severely damaged upper teeth (#4, #5, and #12) due to extensive decay. After a comprehensive evaluation, we determined that the teeth could not be predictably restored and recommended extraction followed by implant treatment.
To begin restoring the patient’s chewing function, tooth #12 was removed and replaced with a dental implant on the upper left side.
The patient was very satisfied with the result and plans to continue treatment by replacing the remaining missing teeth at #4 and #5 with implants.
